As an R&D Project Engineer, you will coordinate high-reaching projects in the research and development sector, leading all aspects and promoting continuous improvement. Your daily activities will involve collaborating closely with partners, coordinating project timelines, and solving complex problems to deliver outstanding results that align with our technology roadmap. How You’ll Make an Impact
• 1. As R&D Project engineer, handles with full responsibility for project results in the context of research and development. Collaborates on R&D projects with team members.
• 2. Implement project within the defined requirements (e.g. target and project cost, time, quality, functionality and customer satisfaction). Ensures business success and happiness of the customer by professional team member management.
• 3. Ensures timely decisions about open issues, bringing up if vital. Ensures alignment to architecture, design, quality guidelines as well as product security and product safety topics.
• 4. Manages and ensures compliance to standards, working laws, rules and regulations, intellectual property rights.
• 5. Performs risk and opportunity management. Performs budget and resource planning as well as generation of project agreement for project.
• 6. Aligns project targets with R&D strategy (e.g. product portfolio, technology roadmap)
• 7. Driving a continuous improvement culture including e.g. reuse, collaboration, knowledge management, lessons learned.
• 8. Seeks for opportunities of own intellectual properties and ensures alignment with patent strategy. Ensures Project documentation.
What You Bring
• 1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in mechanical
• 2. Excellent oral and written English
• 3. PMP / Agile certification is preferred
• 4. ≥ 6 years HV relevant work experiences
• 5. At least 3 years of experience in leading R&D projects with a team of 5 or more members.
• 6. Capable of tableau/azure dev ops /Alteryx programming/office MSP / SAP experience is better.
