As a Graduate Trainee, you’ll embark on an exciting journey to explore our company, dive deep into our products, and expand your expertise across various fields.
Our dynamic 14-month trainee program kicks off with an immersive, hands-on four-week workshop introduction. You’ll then rotate through five diverse departments. The fourth period is spent abroad. How you’ll make an impact:
- Get a comprehensive overview of the business, both from a technical and business perspective, as well as of Siemens Energy internationally.
- Establish a network nationally and internationally.
- Act as an ambassador for Siemens Energy at university fairs and other events.
- Receive training in areas such as company and product knowledge, sales, leadership, and project management.
- Get support in your personal development from a manager, personal mentor, and supervisor.
- Go on study visits/trips within Siemens Energy and to other companies and suppliers.
- The position means that you will be permanently employed at Siemens Energy AB, and after completing the program, you will take the next step in your continued career with a new placement within a desired business area.
What You Bring:
- You are at the beginning of your career and have up to 36 months of work experience.
- You will obtain a master’s degree (or equivalent) by August 2025 in one of the following areas: Mechanical Engineering, Production/Logistics, Economics, Law, Computer Science, IT/Digitalization, Systems Science, Energy Systems, Engineering Physics, and/or Electrical Engineering.
- Excellent English skills, both in writing and in speech.
- Proficiency in additional languages and experience gained from studying or working abroad are advantageous.
- A genuine interest in Siemens Energy and the advanced technology and innovation that characterize the company.
- A desire to work in a multicultural and international environment.
About the Team
As a Graduate Trainee, you will collaborate closely with your trainee colleagues, as well as previous years’ trainees and supervisors. You will build extensive networks through various social activities together with the other trainees, independently in the departments you have chosen during the periods, as well as in other contexts and training sessions.
