    Site Manager Required for North Down Refurbishment Scheme

    Your new company

    Your new company is a professional building contractor based in Co. Tyrone, specialising in the health, education, aviation, commercial and residential sectors, who now require a Site Manager to supervise a commercial refurbishment in North Down. With a busy orderbook and ongoing works covering the whole of Northern Ireland, the company is steadily building upon their already impressive project portfolio and extending their operational footprint across all major market sectors within the UK and Ireland.

    Your new role

    As Site No.1, you will be responsible for managing the team on an initial healthcare redevelopment based in North Down, with works currently ongoing and due to run for the next 18 months. As Site Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operation on site, delivering daily briefings and keeping the project on track whilst applying your technical expertise and ability where necessary. You will have strong communication skills and a good level of leadership with the ability to motivate those on site. You will be health and safety focused whilst being responsible for ordering materials and supervising subcontractors. You will be deadline focused, motivating the team to hit key targets whilst ensuring the project is kept within client budget.

    What you’ll need to succeed

    As a successful Site Manager, you will have proven experience in a management role, with experience in the healthcare sector desirable. You will have experience managing demanding schedules and budgets, demonstrating expertise in the successful delivery of high quality, valued projects that meet the required standards. Strong communication skills will be key to motivating the site teams to ensure the delivery of this project is on time and within budget. You must hold a valid CSR (Site Supervisor), CSCS or SMSTS certification.As the project is ongoing, and the requirement is imminent, you must be immediately available or soon to be available for work.
