    How You’ll Make an Impact

    • Liaise with site managers, clients,
      contractors, and subcontractors.
    • Log all activities of EPC contractor by means
      of daily and weekly reports.
    • Participate in progress, construction and HSE
      meetings/walkdowns
    • Support the Project Managers/Contract manager
      with regards to letters towards the consortium partner, sub-supplier, sub-contractor,
      and any other stakeholders with relevant site information (photos, emails,
      reports)
    • Writes pro-active and regularly correspondence
      drafts highlighting all significant and relevant events about EPC activities
      possibly affecting the overall time schedule
    • Monitor construction progress and documents
      deviations to ensure the best outcomes during claims management.
    • Prepare reports, analyses, contracts, budgets,
      risk assessments, and other relevant documents.
    • Advise managers and clients on improvements and
      new strategies.
    • Track shipment/material arrivals
    • Document changes in design and updating
      budgets.
    • Establish and maintain professional
      relationships with external and internal stakeholders.
    • Travel to various sites or Siemens Energy
      offices as-&-when required.

    What You Bring

    • Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Civil/or
      Electrical Engineering.
    • Construction estimating or finance experience
      is advantageous.
    • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
    • Sound knowledge of construction processes.
    • English and Arabic language skills are
      mandatory
    • Excellent negotiating and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to organize, plan, and strategize.
    • Great networking abilities
    • Valid driver’s license.
