Your Day
We are currently
seeking a Site Team Assistant to manage the organizational and administrative
tasks for our Siemens Energy construction site office at the new CCGT Power
Plant in Rybnik.
How You’ll Make an
Impact
- Manage administrative and organizational tasks for the site office.
- Prepare and monitor investment-related documentation.
- Coordinate activities between investor, consortium partner,
sub-contractors, and suppliers. - Handle correspondence and translations (written and spoken).
- Support cost accounting, site personnel mobilization, and office
administration. - Assist Site Project Manager and Commercial Site Project Manager,
optimizing processes for efficiency and safety.
What You Bring
- Minimum of 3 years of team assistance
experience; on-site experience is a plus. - Commercial apprenticeship or relevant studies,
with a strong willingness to work on-site. - Fluent in English and Polish
, with good
computer skills (MS Office, SAP). - Open mindset, strong team player, hands-on
mentality, resilience, and self-driven with good communication skills. - Willing to relocate to Rybnik and collaborate
with international site staff.

Project Entity is
responsible for world class project execution and the successful delivery of
complex projects across Siemens Energy. We execute projects for our clients
worldwide. These encompass international Engineering, Procurement, and
Construction (EPC) projects for High Voltage Alternate / Direct Current (HVAC
and HVDC) projects, Gas and Steam Power Plants, Hydrogen projects (H2), and
hybrid solutions.
