    Sous Chef Reigate, Surrey Full Time £30,000 per annum

    Our client is seeking a talented Sous Chef to join their vibrant kitchen team and play a key role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to their members and guests.

    Set in the stunning surroundings of Reigate Hill, their club offers more than just golf. With a busy restaurant, events calendar, and weddings, they take pride in serving delicious, high-quality food that leaves a lasting impression.

    Are you the right person for the job?

    • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or a Senior Chef de Partie ready for the next step
    • A passion for creating fresh, high-quality dishes
    • Strong leadership and communication skills
    • Excellent organisational abilities and a calm, can-do attitude under pressure
    • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices (Level 2 Food Safety Certificate is preferred)

    What will your role look like?

    • Work closely with the Head Chef to plan and deliver a variety of menus, from la carte dining to large events
    • Supervise and lead the kitchen team, ensuring smooth service and consistent quality
    • Assist in stock management, food ordering, and maintaining cost controls
    • Uphold health and safety regulations, including food hygiene standards
    • Contribute ideas for menu development and seasonal specials
