Based in Manchester, our client is seeking an experienced Billings Assistant to work as part of a small team.
Your new role
In this exciting role, you will work as a Billings Assistant and be working along side 2 others responsible for the accurate processing of Billings.
Ensuring clients are billed accurately in accordance with terms and dealing with any queries in a professional and timely manner.
Working with companies’ high-spend net worth-key account clients, responsible to ensure monies owed are paid on time, identifying any payment issues in advance and general query resolution.
This role would suit a dynamic, well organised and hands on candidate who enjoys taking full ownership and responsibility.
What you’ll need to succeed
Ideally, you will have Billing experience – preferably within a legal setting/law firm, professional services.
Able to work on your own initiative and take full control
Able to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
Ability to communicate and liaise with people at all business levels
Negotiation and problem solving skills
Excellent computer skiils including MS Excel
