A static AC Engineer is required to work for this large expanding FM company. You will be based on site at one of their biggest clients.
Duties
- Carrying out maintenance and reactive tasks on the clients site
- Complete all tasks on PDA including risk assessments
- Use of CAFM system
- Liaising with client regarding concerning works
- Updating Contract Managers with client and site information
- Collecting parts from supplier or head office as required
Skills
- Must hold a valid FGAS certification
- Comprehensive experience of working within a HVAC and Building Services environment
- A continuous history of employment within a HVAC and Building Services Environment
- Must have experience of AHU’s and FCU’s
- Ability to work as part of a team and manage own workload
- Minimum of 3 years working within a similar role
