    A day in the life of a team assistant involves coordinating with regional teams, reviewing policies for compliance, and supporting employees with their relocation processes and needs, while also managing the onboarding of new members of the team and offboarding if needed. Flexibility and adaptability are essential due to the global nature of the role, but the challenge and team make it worth it!

    How You’ll Make an Impact

    • Create and manage IT assets and company resources allocated to employees.
    • Handle onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring day one readiness.
    • Maintain official company documentation and facilitate internal communication.
    • Manage and order PPE and Hand tools for Field Service employees.
    • Manage IT material and accessories orders and general orders through SAP.
    • Support travel requests, including booking flights and hotels/ manage travel expenses.
    • Support of schedule and overtime coordination, vacation and sick leave tracking in local web tools.
    • Creating POs for purchase / services and transport guides in SAP.
    • Be the point of contact between different departments withing Siemens Energy Portugal.

    What You Bring

    • Be flexible to solve problems in a quick and effective matter
    • Fluent in English language in writing and speaking
    • Able to work under pressure and capacity to multitasking
    • Resilient, communicative personality, Empathy and Team-working skills
    • Good knowledge of Office 365

    About the Team

    SE GS EU&AF SO FST ‘Onshore Field Service’ is a vital component of the Field Service & Tooling organization within Europe and Africa. Our responsibilities include driving and providing tooling and personnel for Field Service projects within the subregion, specifically for GS D, GS C, and TI CP products. Additionally, we may offer support outside the subregion on an ad hoc basis.
