    A Snapshot of Your Day 
    The day starts reviewing your schedule and that of the center’s VP and aligning any new items with the center’s strategic goals and/or delegating as appropriate. As the morning buzz settles, you engage in customer and stakeholder sessions. You discuss ideas with colleagues on your strategic projects and you make certain agendas and minutes of meetings for meetings are all sent. Simultaneously, you assist the VP with the preparation of meeting materials and assist clients and colleagues, connecting them with potential partners or funding opportunities. After lunch, it’s time for virtual meetings. You chat with the PA based in Orlando to discuss calendar shifts and/or joint work, chat with stakeholders, discussing progress on work and refining plans and strategies. As the day comes to an end, you reflect on your day’s impact; did you foster innovation? Did you connect the right dots? And you leave, knowing you’ve played a vital role in shaping the future of a sustainable and affordable energy landscape.
    How You’ll Make an Impact 
    • Close and trusting cooperation with the VP of ICB and other PAs in the function, as well as the independent and proactive assumption of administrative tasks associated with the Innovation Center
    • Handling correspondence (including responding when appropriate) in English (e-mails, phone calls, and meeting requests) and coordinating the calendar with the PA to prioritise a high volume of appointments and travel requirements.
    • Looking after (international) visitors and coordinating meetings including the preparation of agendas, presentation material/pre-reads and minutes of meetings.
    • Typing, compiling, and preparing reports, graphics, and presentations as part of individual strategic projects.
    • Conducting desktop research and completing corporate governance reports.
    • On- and off-boarding of staff, including administrative processing (company ID, access authorizations), as well as ordering IT equipment for the team and supporting IT administration (drive management, access rights)
    What You Bring
    • Successfully completed commercial vocational training or a comparable qualification
    • Many years of professional experience in assisting top management and communicating at the management level
    • Very good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Notes, Teams, etc.) as well as SE-internal tools (E2E Travel, OneSRM, LEDA, etc.)
    • Very good English skills, as well as intercultural experience and an interest in working with many different countries
    • Confident, collaborative, and friendly personality, as well as effective communication on an international level
    • Independent and proactive way of working, attention to detail, and stress resistance, as well as excellent organizational and time management skills
