A Snapshot of Your Day
Team assistant is an employee who is responsible for
performing administrative duties to help members of the office team focus on
their assigned projects. Under the direct supervision of team leaders, team
assistants are required to schedule appointments with clients, organize
internal team meetings, and alert team members of upcoming deadlines.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Provide general
administrative support to the team. - Organizing the office and
assisting associates to optimize processes - Arranging couriers and
taxis - Organizing for documents
for Visa for team - Manage & organize
associated travel, accommodation requirements for team. - Answering & Screening
phone calls - Scope for involvement in
projects, if required. - Looking after meeting room
booking and other appointments with all basic requirements and logistics - Maintain trusting
relationships with suppliers, customers and colleagues - SAP Concur expense
management for the team - Tracking of PR, PO,
billing and invoices - Employee engagement
activities
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a
back office, assistant or in another relevant administrative role - Working knowledge of
office equipment - Thorough understanding of
office management procedures - Excellent organizational
and time management skills - Proficiency in MS Office
& Outlook - Excellent written and
verbal communication - Self -starter with ability
to work independently and with minimal guidance - Detail Orientated
- An ability to prioritize
is the key as is the ability to manage a broad range of tasks - Demonstrable experience in
a similar team assistant support position - Knowledge of Logistic,
Vendor & IT asset management
