    As the Vertical Sales
    Expert Offshore, your mission is to drive business growth within the Oil &
    Gas Offshore industry. You’ll achieve this by engaging with various Oil &
    Gas companies, shipyards, and EPCs in the Middle East region and globally. Your
    role involves direct customer interaction, building and nurturing strong
    relationships with external clients, as well as collaborating with key internal
    stakeholders at Siemens Energy. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

    How You’ll Make an Impact

    • You’ll actively
      contribute to the development of our Oil & Gas Offshore business. By
      challenging existing solutions, asking questions, and staying curious, you’ll
      help create innovative system solutions based on Siemens Energy’s extensive
      product and system engineering portfolio. Your goal? To make future customer
      assets environmentally friendly and profitable.
    • Prioritize customer
      needs and identify effective solution options. Leverage your analytical and
      strategic skills to deliver reliable quality at all stages of the sales
      process.
    • Engage in early discussions with customers,
      positioning Siemens Energy technology and solutions in upcoming projects. Your
      efforts will contribute to growing the sales pipeline.



    What You Bring

    • A higher education
      degree in electrical engineering or automation, preferably with a focus on Oil
      & Gas offshore expertise.
    • Familiarity with
      offshore technologies, platforms, drilling rigs, and supporting vessels.
    • Proven track record in
      selling system solutions within the Offshore industry. Minimum practical
      industry experience of 7 years required.
    • Proficiency in both
      spoken and written English.

    Being part of Middle East regional sales
    organization, this role is individual contributor reporting to regional head of
    sales. Main objective is growing the business through offering and selling
    complete system engineering solutions to our customers. Team is globally distributed
    with majority of team members located in Middle East countries, collaborating
    and remotely with high level of flexibility and mobility.
