    We are seeking a highly motivated, upbeat, well-organized individual to join the Siemens Energy’s Grid Technologies North American Sales Team. In this role, you will be responsible for the sales activities focused on our Grid Technologies Service portfolio, which include but are not limited to; (i) Transformer Maintenance (ii) Breaker Maintenance (iii) GIS/AIS Maintenance (iv) LTSA for substation & their assets.

    How You’ll Make an Impact

    • Develop and implement account plans for the California Territory, in collaboration with Siemens Energy’s North America Hub Business and Development Team.
    • Collaborate with Marketing to bring voice of customer back to improve programs and support new initiatives.
    • Drive solution sales by identifying opportunities, address specific customer challenges, and achieve sales goals,
    • Manage key services accounts and drive growth of service solutions and associated products.
    • Maintain and increase face-to-face activities in the field and execute business territory plans.
    • Ensure accurate utilization of customer relationship management software (CRM-Salesforce)

    What You Bring

    • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Science, Engineering, Business or related. MBA or advanced technical degree preferred
    • Minimum 5+ years of direct technical sales experience in capital equipment and/or instrumentation and selling complete and diverse product portfolio of solutions. Candidates with more experience can be considered for a higher level or vice-versa.
    • Proven track record of meeting/exceeding individual and team targets
    • Proficiency in customer management (CRM) software is required (Salesforce)
    • Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization. Siemens Energy employees with current visa sponsorship may be eligible for internal transfers.

    This job [is/may be] based in El Centro, California. Siemens Energy offers a variety of health and wellness benefits including paid time off and holiday pay. Details regarding our benefits can be found here: 
    https://benefitsatenergy.com/thinking-of-joining.html. The base salary range for this position in El Centro, California is $105,500.00-$195,800.00 and the annual incentive target is 25% of base salary.

    Specific offers are determined by various factors, such as experience, skills, certifications, and other business needs. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on everyone’s qualifications.
