    How You’ll Make an Impact

    • Responsible for profitably selling industrial steam turbines
      in Asia Pacific, securing supply contracts within the existing guidelines.
    • This includes development and management of projects, from
      pre-acquisition activities up to handover to the project execution team in the
      assigned territory.
    • Contribute to increasing the Siemens Energy market share in
      this Business segment.
    • Supporting the service business of Industrial Steam Turbines
      as per market requirements.
    • Development of the replacement market in Indonesia for own
      machines as well as other OEM machines.
    • Support the development of LTP projects of the existing
      fleet.
    • Contribute & coordinate (from the region itself) as
      technical expert to fulfill customer demands and reduce dependency on the
      factories.
    • Responsible for direct customer engagement, supporting
      proposal works and management approvals process.
    • Leading the discussions throughout the bidding phase,
      including clarifications, negotiations until contract closure
    • Key Player and taking forward the ISP Growth Initiatives
      (Floating plants, Extended scope, WtE, Replacement, SST 300 / 200 PD)
    • Ensure that the Technical and Commercial proposals meet SE
      standards for quality, completeness, and timeliness in response to client
      inquiries.
    • In-charge of building the project pipeline
    • Timely & accurately update the data in the Sales Force
      and ensure all the processes (like LOA’s approvals) are in place as per the
      defined guidelines.
    • Responsible for creating the conceptual solutions,
      developing unique selling propositions, & implementing the sales
      strategies.

    What You Bring

    • Tertiary qualification (Post-Graduation) in Engineering.
    • Proficiency in written and oral English
    • Native speakers in written and oral Bahasa Indonesia
    • Around 8 years’ experience in Power generation business
      field (i.e., commercial, project management, proposals, application or erection
      and commissioning field), contract negotiations (dealing with power industry
      major products preferred – i.e., Steam Turbines, Boilers, compressors, pumps,
      heat exchangers, construction.
    • Experience in guiding other team members and regional
      co-ordination of activities will be an added advantage.
    • Advanced understanding of Thermal Cycle processes and
      Process calculations will bring a significant advantage.
    • Setting high standards and monitoring progress towards
      goals; tenaciously working to meet or exceed goals; defining success by goal
      achievement and continuous improvement.
    • Using One’s knowledge of economic, market and industry
      trends to understand and improve individual and/or organizational levers
      (systems, processes, departments, and functions) that drive sustainable,
      profitable growth.
    • Basic understanding of contract as well as commercial
      T&Cs to be able to negotiate with customers at multiple levels
    • Capable of working in a multinational and multicultural
      team.
    • Knowledge of governmental policy, subsidy, funds in
      Indonesia
