Technical Support Analyst

The team is dedicated to providing top-tier financial services to their clients, and theyre looking for a talented First Line Support Engineer to join us in delivering exceptional technical support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the initial point of contact for all technical support inquiries from internal and external clients.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues promptly and efficiently.
- Provide clear and concise technical guidance to users via phone, email, and chat.
- Escalate complex issues to second and third-line support teams when necessary.
- Maintain detailed records of support requests and solutions in our ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to identify and implement improvements to support processes.
- Assist in the setup and maintenance of IT equipment and software.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a technical support or helpdesk role, preferably within the financial sector.
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and software applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Exceptional communication skills with a customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
You must have excellent communication skills coupled with the want to develop your fundamental IT Knowledge and experience.
