    As a Test Analyst, you’ll be the gatekeeper of quality, ensuring that our client’s software solutions meet the highest standards of performance, reliability, and usability. You’ll dive deep into our clients’s applications, designing and executing test scenarios to uncover any flaws or weaknesses that may lurk beneath the surface. Armed with an arsenal of testing tools and methodologies, you’ll meticulously analyze test results, identify areas for improvement, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement effective solutions. This role isn’t just about finding bugs; it’s about championing quality at every stage of the software development lifecycle and ensuring that our products exceed the expectations of our clients and end-users.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality, performance, and security.
    • Collaborate with software developers, business analysts, and project managers to understand project requirements and acceptance criteria.
    • Conduct functional, regression, and exploratory testing to uncover defects and ensure the stability and usability of our applications.
    • Utilize automation tools and frameworks to streamline the testing process and improve efficiency.
    • Document and track defects, communicate findings to stakeholders, and participate in defect triage meetings to prioritize resolution.
    • Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and testing trends to continuously improve our testing methodologies and processes.
    • Provide timely and accurate test status reports, including test coverage, progress, and risk assessment.

    Qualifications:

    • 2+ years of experience in software testing, with a focus on manual and automated testing techniques.
    • Able to demonstrate experience with the full testing lifecycle including Integration Testing , UAT and Regression Testing.
    • Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG.
    • Solid understanding of software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps practices.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to methodically identify and troubleshoot issues.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
    • ISTQB/ISEB or other relevant testing certifications are a plus.
