    How You’ll Make an Impact
    •Develop, update and drive implementation of Regional Market Development Plans (China Strategy update)
    •Support China Sales and global or local organizations with sales expertise, technical expertise, and vertical market competence to develop and win concrete opportunities.
    •Provide our Sales, Regional Marketing and Communications with technical and marketing information to win profitably.
    •Develop, maintain and provide market product and portfolio pricing information to our organization to win profitable.
    •Gather and provide information on customer product and portfolio needs and competitor performance to our organization
    •Provide up to date sales material and offering/product information (Internal, External)
    •Provide standard Client Presentation and Client engagement material
    •Execute and drive lessons-learnt from Win-Loss Analyses 
    •Provide Value Selling training material and target pricing/cost analysis
    •Retrieve/provide regional sales input for yearly MEP process
    •Provide Voice of the Customer report
    •Support Market Entry / Launch Plans for new Sales Products & Solutions


    What You Bring  
    •Bachelor’s Degree in related field (Engineering, Science, Business, Marketing), Master’s Degree 
    •Preferred 8-10 years’ work experience in Sales, Project management, or Marketing within Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Chemical, or related industries Broad Oil & Gas and decarbonization Product Portfolio knowledge is required, familiarity with SE TI CP Business and customers is desired
    •Deep knowledge of China market and competition in compressor and relevant application fields including both conventional and decarbonization
    •You have demonstrated exceptional analytical skills and created compelling solutions 
    •You create followership with an inspiring personality and a natural drive to make difference 
    •You enjoy working with a diverse set of people on complex projects in volatile settings 
    •You are known to constantly challenge yourself to enhance your leadership skills 
    •You convince stakeholders with excellent communication skills in English 
    •Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
    •Ease of utilizing consulting toolkit and developing structured approaches
