    Vocation Recruitment Ltd are looking for Traffic Management Operatives in the Peterborough area.

    Traffic Management Operatives play a crucial role in ensuring road safety and efficient traffic flow morning, noon & night.

    We are looking for operatives with the following tickets;

    • TTMBC
    • T1 T2
    • M1 M2
    • M5
    • 12AB (One Dayer)

    Key responsibilities;

    • Installing, maintaining & removing traffic management equipment to various locations

    • Check returned equipment & complete relevant paperwork

    • Controlling traffic lights & managing pedestrians

    • Be able to work to CAD & RAMS

    • Deal with & report incidents

    • Completing relevant documentation i.e. vehicle defect sheets, installation checklists etc

    • All losses & damage to equipment is recorded and communicated to the relevant department

    Key requirements;

    • Must hold a valid Lantra TM Ticket

    • Be adequately trained with qualifications for the implementation of temporary traffic management

    • Able to work effectively as part of a team & independently

    • Able to communicate effectively with various stakeholders

    • Able to multitask & prioritise tasks

    • Be able to pass a Drugs & Alcohol test

    • Have a full UK Driving Licence with less than 6 points & no bans

    • Have full 6-Point PPE

    • Occupational Health Certificate / Safety Critical Medical (preferred)

    • Highways Passport (preferred)
