    How You’ll Make an Impact

    ·       
    Oversee all on-site activities related to the installation,
    commissioning, repair, and retrofit of transformers, ensuring successful
    project closeout phases.

    ·       
    Provide troubleshooting support on an emergency basis to address and
    resolve issues promptly.

    ·       
    Follow Siemens Energy processes, manuals, instructions, quality
    standards, and Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards to ensure
    compliance and safety.

    ·       
    Listen closely to customer requirements and provide feedback to the
    organization to develop new service solutions or identify opportunities.

    ·       
    Lead and manage the transformer installation team, including engineers
    and blue-collar workers, to ensure efficient and effective operations.

    ·       
    Prepare project schedules, methods of statement, resource planning, and
    forecasts to ensure timely and successful project execution.

    ·       
    Drive the success of the transformer organization by focusing on
    profitable growth through increased people productivity.

    ·       
    Study tenders and technical offers for transformer adaptation to ensure
    alignment with specifications.

    ·       
    Strive for improved quality and reduction of non-conformance costs by
    driving Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

    ·       
    Enhance customer perception and improve the Net Promoter Score (NPS)
    through proactive communication, stakeholder management, and close
    collaboration with partners in the service network and region.

    ·       
    Promote a strong Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) mindset and a
    Zero Harm culture on site.

    ·       
    Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues arising during commissioning
    and live substations, in coordination with line managers.

    ·       
    Prepare and submit final test reports and Minutes of Meetings (MOMs),
    documenting any deviations and troubleshooting actions.

    ·       
    Analyze test data to confirm transformer performance meets
    specifications and standards.

    ·       
    Maintain accurate records of installation and commissioning processes,
    test results, and inspection reports.


    What you Bring

    ·       
    Bachelor’s degree in electrical Power and Machines from Reputable
    university

    ·       
    8+ years in Power transformers and Reactor installation, testing, or
    commissioning in an HV Substations, industrial and utility background. 

    ·       
    Siemens Energy Transformer installation or commissioning certificates up
    to 400kV. 

    ·       
    In-depth knowledge of transformer Installation, testing and
    commissioning procedures in  line with
    project specifications, safety protocols and Standards. 

    ·       
    Familiarity with diagnostic tools and testing equipment. 

    ·       
    Strong understanding of electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and
    protection systems. 

    ·       
    Willingness to travel and work on-site in various locations, as projects
    may require. 

    ·       
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills (English and Arabic
    languages) to interact effectively with clients and project teams. 

    ·       
    Effective problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in
    time critical situations. 

    ·       
    Proficient in MS Office suite
