    Job Title: Programme Lead – Oracle Fusion Implementation

    Location: Acute NHS Trust

    Contract Length: 6-months

    Role Overview:

    We are seeking an experienced Programme Lead to oversee the successful delivery of an Oracle Fusion implementation programme within an Acute NHS Trust. This role involves managing a complex digital transformation project, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring the deployment enhances operational efficiency, reporting, and compliance with NHS standards.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Oracle Fusion programme, including project planning, design, implementation, testing, and go-live phases.
    • Act as the primary interface between the trust, Oracle consultants, and other third-party vendors, ensuring cohesive collaboration and progress tracking.
    • Develop and maintain a detailed project plan, ensuring milestones, deliverables, and objectives are met within scope, budget, and timeline.
    • Oversee risk management and mitigation strategies, identifying and addressing any issues that may impact delivery.
    • Engage with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to ensure the programme aligns with the trust’s strategic objectives and user requirements.
    • Drive change management initiatives to support user adoption, training, and process optimization.
    • Ensure compliance with NHS governance, information security, and regulatory frameworks throughout the programme lifecycle.
    • Deliver regular progress updates to executive leadership, providing clear and actionable insights on programme status.

    Key Skills and Experience:

    • Proven experience in leading large-scale ERP implementations, ideally Oracle Fusion, within the NHS or healthcare sector.
    • Strong understanding of NHS governance, financial systems, and operational processes.
    • Exceptional stakeholder management and leadership skills, with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.
    • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering pragmatic solutions in high-pressure environments.
    • PRINCE2, MSP, or Agile qualifications (desirable).
