    As a University Relations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining our relationships with universities and educational institutions. You will oversee the comprehensive management of university relations, including strategy, university engagement plans and events, and transparency & support for our internal community. Additionally, you will manage global reporting and stakeholder communication, ensuring alignment across all levels of the organization.
    How You’ll Make an Impact 
    • Coordinating internal efforts to engage with universities, including academic partnerships, research collaborations, and knowledge exchange programs
    • Providing transparency on active ongoing university relations to the internal R&D community, ensuring alignment and collaboration
    • Facilitating communication and collaboration between the organization and university stakeholders, fostering a mutually beneficial relationship
    What You Bring
    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or a related discipline
    • Min. 5 years of experience in university relations
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with a diverse range of university stakeholders
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and results-driven approach to university relationship management
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple university partnerships and initiatives simultaneously
