Valve Technician

Due to continued growth, they are strategically looking for a Valve Technician to join an established team of experts. If successful, you shall be involved in delivering valve related services, such as certification, repairs, and overhauling of valves, working with clients across the Humber Bank, UK and, in some instances, across the globe.
You will work with clients, suppliers and other third parties to provide technical guidance and support, and ensure that all health and safety requirements are met. You will work with technical managers to solve technical challenges as they occur.
To be successful in this role, you need to have experience within a relevant engineering discipline and, more importantly, strengths in valve repair and certification. Ideally, you shall be apprentice trained, coupled with post-qualification practical experience in valves and mechanical fitting, or suitable relevant experience. Experience in the field of valve overhaul, repair and certification is essential. A valid UK driving licence is required, as well as the correct right to work in the UK.
The newly appointed Valve Technician will be joining a team of established Technicians and Engineers, the team has low-staff turnover and many employees celebrate long-service achievements: 10,15 years’ service and beyond!
