Warehouse OperativesOngoing Work Competitive Pay Immediate StartsWe are currently seeking reliable and experienced Warehouse Operatives to join our team in Brackmills, Northampton, supporting a leading retail client.As a Warehouse Operative, you will play an essential role in the day-to-day running of the warehouse, ensuring that products are received, stored, and dispatched accurately and efficiently.Shift Pattern:Saturday to Wednesday6:00 PM – 6:00 AMPay Rates:Basic £15.21 per hourOvertime: £22.82 per hourKey Responsibilities

• Picking, packing, and preparing goods for dispatch
• Operating MHE (Manual Handling Equipment) safely and efficiently
• Receiving and storing stock accurately
• Maintaining compliance with all health and safety standards
• Working collaboratively with team members to achieve daily targets

Requirements

• Previous warehouse and MHE experience is essential (PPT)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and teamwork skills
