Warehouse Team Leader – St Austell – circa £32,000 DOE

Well Placed HR are working with a successful and growing Cornish business to recruit a Warehouse Team Leader for a busy, fast-paced operation. This is a hands-on role which will involve leading a small team while staying close to the day-to-day running of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

– Lead and support a small warehouse team (2-3 people)

– Oversee goods in, picking, packing and dispatch

– Coordinate daily workload and deliveries (local and national)

– Act as the link between warehouse and office teams

– Support deliveries when required

– Maintain stock accuracy and complete associated paperwork

– Ensure a safe, clean and organised environment

– Identify and implement improvements

You’ll bring solid warehouse experience and a proactive, hands-on approach, with the confidence to guide a small team and take ownership of day-to-day operation. Strong communication skills, a willingness to learn and a full UK driving licence are key, forklift experience would be beneficial but not essential.
