Salary: £75,000 – £80,000 basic + Bonus
Location: Central London
Work Pattern: Hybrid (1-3 days onsite per week)

Wedo is collaborating with a fast-growing, private-equity-backed FinTech company that has expanded rapidly in recent years. The company recently acquired a multi-billion-pound credit card portfolio and, under the strategic leadership of a new CEO, is set for substantial growth in 2025. Their vision is to offer innovative consumer finance solutions in partnership with leading consumer brands. With around 200 employees, including 70 in tech, the product team is expanding from 10 to 13 members, and they are now looking for a Product Manager focused on customer engagement.
About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Product Manager & Owner to lead a strategic programme aimed at driving the company’s next phase of growth, with a focus on customer engagement. The company has developed a product that competes with major players like Vanquis, NewDay, Monzo, Starling, and Yonder. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of innovation and feature development, including ideation, experimentation, and execution. Your goals will include improving app engagement, reducing churn, enhancing customer onboarding, and driving personalisation and gamification through extensive user feedback, A/B testing, customer journey mapping, loyalty programs, and market research.
About You
- 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner/Manager in Agile Delivery
- Proven experience delivering mobile apps to market
- Strong understanding of regulatory constraints, particularly those set by the FCA
- B2C Product Management experience, ideally in industries such as FinTech, Gambling, Gaming, Ecommerce, or Retail
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on measurable impact
- Strong decision-making skills, with the ability to say no when necessary and use data and threat analysis to influence stakeholders
- Confident, concise in execution, and emotionally intelligent, able to read the room and navigate complex environments
