    A Snapshot of Your Day 
    As a working student in the Project Excellence Office, you will provide comprehensive support to your colleagues on a variety of topics. Your responsibilities will include preparing presentations for management and organizing meetings accordingly, as well as assisting with internal communications. With a problem-solving oriented approach, you will not hesitate to tackle new topics and continuously develop your skills with each task you undertake.
    How You’ll Make an Impact 
    • Support in internal strategy and transformation projects
    • Creation of presentations for various stakeholder levels 
    • Preparation and post processing of management meetings, workshops, and all-employee meetings
    • Support in the facilitation of the internal communication strategy 
    What You Bring
    • Ongoing studies in a Business Administration, Industrial Engineer related field (not a prerequisite), ideally at the end of Bachelor or beginning of Master Studies
    • Excellent MS Office 365 skills (PowerPoint, SharePoint, using Copilot…)
    • Quick comprehension of complex issues and solution-oriented thinking when facing obstacles and resistance
    • Teamwork, communication skills, result orientation, and analytical skills
    • Fluent in German and English
    • Work experience in management support, consulting or project management preferred
