WORKS SUPPORT ADMINISTRATOR – TEMP – START ASAP – £14.04 PAYE – MONDAY-FRIDAY
Your new company
You will be working at the head office, for an award-winning organisation with more than 250,600 homes across the UK, which operate over 100 leisure facilities. Their work impacts on the lives of many people across the UK, with 12,000 colleagues across 20 Group businesses providing homes to live in, communities to retire to, places to stay active, supported homes for independent living, and student accommodation.
Your new role
In your new role, you’ll be working as part of a larger team.
There are over 80000 jobs on their inhouse system that need to be looked at and either closed off and shut down, or reallocated, or marked down as completed. You will be a part of a team responsible for working through this data.
You will be using bespoke systems + Microsoft packages
You’ll be completing general administration tasks.
What you’ll need to succeed
To succeed, you’ll need to have a wealth of experience within general administration. You will have exquisite attention to detail and knowledge of data inputting and data integrity. You will have experience liaising with key stakeholders. You will be a punctual, focused individual with a vigorous attitude to work.
Please note: it is a requirement that you have 12months plus experience in a similar role.
What you’ll get in return
In return, you will receive a competitive hourly premium rate of £14.04. You will have the opportunity to work for the top social housing organisations in Preston. Working Monday-Friday, 36.25 hours per week, working hours are flexible. This is a temporary role, expected to last until December 2024. However, the successful candidate should treat this as a permanent role due to scope for extension, and other permanent opportunities within the business.
