About the Role
A well-established international cosmetics brand is seeking a motivated and experienced Reach Truck Driver / Order Picker to join its warehouse team in Avonmouth. This is a full-time, permanent position offering a competitive salary and the opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
You will report to the Logistics Manager and play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, ensuring the efficient movement and management of goods.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate a reach forklift truck to manage stock movement
- Pick and pack customer orders to tight deadlines
- Unload containers and put away received stock
- Oversee goods-in processes and stock management
- Supervise agency warehouse staff
- Prepare logistics paperwork and load vehicles
Requirements
- Valid Reach Forklift Truck Licence (proof required before hire)
- Minimum 1 year of warehouse experience (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Experience in stock control and handling high-capacity storage
- Target-driven with a proactive work ethic
- Familiarity with Health & Safety procedures in a warehouse environment
- Intermediate Excel skills
