Job Title: Corporate Tax Director
Location: Hampshire, Southampton – hybrid working module
Salary: £80,000 – £95,000 + benefits package!

The Role:
- Lead & Develop a complex corporate tax team alongside 13 experienced Tax Partners
- Build Strategic Relationships with OMB/SME and large corporate clients
- Navigate Complexity – manage intricate tax returns, HMRC investigations, and CCM matters
- Drive Growth – mentor junior talent, deliver technical training, and expand our client base
- Shape Strategy – collaborate with Audit/Accounts Directors to deliver comprehensive tax solutions
The Individual:
- Significant large corporate tax compliance expertise
- CTA qualified (ACA/ACCA advantageous)
- Proven people management and client relationship skills
- Self-motivated with exceptional problem-solving abilities
