Senior Recruitment Consultant

Location: Herts, Beds, Bucks or NW London outskirts

Salary: Competitive basic + uncapped commission + equity opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Senior Recruitment Consultant to play a key role in the next phase of our growth. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven biller within the construction/built environment sector who is ready to step into a strong No.2 position and help shape the future of a fast growing business.

We are looking for a self-starter with an established client network who can generate strong gross margin revenues while supporting the growth and development of future hires within the business.

The Role

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining your own client base, delivering consistent billings and contributing to the strategic growth of the company. This role offers genuine autonomy and the chance to build something that you will play a major part in shaping.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience within the construction/built environment recruitment sector
• Proven billing track record exceeding £200k per year over the past 2-3 years
• Strong existing client network within your specialist field
• Background across any construction-related discipline (Consultancy, M&E, Main Contracting, etc.)
• Ability to build and maintain a consistent pipeline of vacancies and fees
• Comfortable working independently without constant supervision
• Experience in permanent, temporary or dual desk recruitment
• Ambitious, driven and commercially focused
• Not heavily reliant on PSL-only client relationships
• Ideally based within Herts, Beds, Bucks or NW London outskirts
